Each of these topics serves as catalyst for discussion. Each session is designed to examine, evaluate, and identify areas that need to be improved. The final session is a forum for evaluation, commitment, and discussion.

Upon completion of the study of understanding mistakes, one should be able  to identify their abilities to lead and have a working knowledge of how to  improve their skills as leaders and therefore, inspire their employees and  coworkers. The examination of learning from mistakes helps each of us  becomes stronger by addressing area of need.

Time Requirement
